Sedona Hummingbird Festival Sponsorship is available at four different levels:
Emerald: $5000
This top-tier sponsorship earns a prominent spot on each page of the Festival website as well as each page of the International Hummingbird Society website. You are also entitled to a two-page spread in our printed festival program, a six-foot table in Hummingbird Central, two festival dinner passes and six VIP passes to all sessions of hummingbird banding, garden tours, presentations.
Sapphire: $2500
This high-level sponsorship earns your business a prominent spot on each page of the Festival website as well as each page of the International Hummingbird Society website. You are also entitled to a full-page ad in our printed festival program, a six-foot table in Hummingbird Central, two festival dinner passes and four VIP passes to all sessions of hummingbird banding, garden tours, presentations.
Turquoise: $1000
Benefit from a listing on our sponsor page and in our printed program, as well as two tickets to all presentations, banding demonstrations, and garden tours
Topaz: First-come, First-pick, High-visibility sponsorship $1500
There is 1 ONLY of each of these $1500 sponsorships. Your company benefits from a logo listing on our sponsor page and in our printed program, as well as two tickets to all presentations, banding demonstrations, and garden tours. In addition, you receive the following logo/signage visibility:
- Volunteer T-shirt Sponsor: Your logo on all the 2024 volunteer T-shirts (estimated 100+), which volunteers will be wearing throughout the Festival (and after)!
- Reusable Goody Bag Sponsor: Your logo on the eco-friendly canvas goody bags all Festival registrants will receive.
- Reusable Water Bottle Sponsor: Your logo on the eco-friendly reusable water bottles that will be included with all registration packets, as well as sold separately.
- Hummingbird Banding Sponsor: Signage at the Hummingbird Banding locations
- Photo Contest Sponsor: Signage at the Photo Contest Display
