Our buffet-style menu features simple, fresh, delicious food prepared by favorite local chef, Chuck Cline of Heartline Catering. Your dinner ticket also includes one cocktail. Try out the Festival special: Hummingbird Nectar Margarita! (No-host bar for additional drinks.)
For an extra dash of fun, we are doing two things, and we need your participation.
Show Off Your Hummingbird Clothes
For every piece of hummingbird clothing you wear to dinner (hat, shirt, jacket, belt, pants, shoes, socks) we will give you one Festival Dinner raffle ticket. This is a special raffle only for attendees at the dinner, so odds are good of winning – as long as you wear your hummingbird clothing!
Auction for Conservation
An auction is always fun, whether you participate or not. We will have a short live auction to raise funds for our hummingbird conservation projects. Beautiful paintings and other fun items. Get ready to laugh, shout and applaud during the bidding!
